Adventure Jeeps Policies

All safari vehicle and guide bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance payable before the safari begins.

We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and cash payments. Full payment is required before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • List ItemCancellations made 7 days before travel receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 3–6 days receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule based on vehicle availability. No extra charge applies if rescheduled at least 72 hours before travel.

Our vehicles must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the client.

Our driver-guides are professionally trained. Clients are expected to treat all staff with respect at all times.

Seat belts must be worn where available. Clients must follow guide instructions during game drives and park visits.

Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times during safari activities.

Feeding, disturbing, or exiting vehicles near wildlife is strictly prohibited.

All client information is kept confidential and is never shared with third parties without consent.

Adventure Jeeps is not responsible for delays caused by weather, park regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
